FACTS
Claim against John Edward Gliha (hereinafter:”Respondent”):
COMES NOW, Keith Edward Livingway hereinafter claimant, whom is over the age of 18 years and competent to state the facts herein, hereby publishes the following:
1: On Nov 19, 2019, 3:02 PM, Respondent purchased a Private Membership Association-Basic Family Package for 150.00, a product of Genoa Holdings, PMA as far back as 2014/08/08 at 12:53 am. Genoa Holdings, PMA is now doing business as The Genoa Institute, a private membership association wherein all intellectual property and copyrights have been forwarded to The Genoa Institute from Genoa Holdings, PMA.
2: [email protected] (Respondents wife) received said package on Nov 19, 2019, 4:54 PM thereby saying thank you by iphone.
3: On Nov 19, 2019, 5:03 PM, Respondent sends the following message:
“Thank you. I see under courses, many listing for the PMA Extended courses, and these appear to be different products from what I purchased. I don’t see any other content here and did read all of your attachments and instructions.
Are there videos I can watch to learn more about how to prepare and use the PMA? I thought it was a video series of about 27 videos, not sure.

I see a list of the PMA extended courses, #19 down to #11 but are these the PMA courses and are they numbered starting with 1? This is the URL after I login and click on courses, https://genoaholdings.org/institute2/courses/
I only see a list of the $25 courses and am not able to watch those as they appear to be different video courses beyond the PMA course. Please let me know.

13: Non-Disclosure Agreement
All information taught and or imparted to the students and teachers of The Genoa Institute is strictly protected under a non-disclosure agreement. Any information shared with others that are not students or teachers of The Genoa Institute that is not expressly authorized by the trustee of The Genoa Institute, the student or teacher agrees to pay damages to Genoa Holdings, PMA in the amount exclusively determined by the trustee of The Genoa Institute immediately when disclosure is discovered and or reported to the trustee of The Genoa Institute.

The following video was published on youtube on Apr 12, 2019- The Sarah Westhall channel has been removed by YouTube; The Respondent claims that the Family PMA is something the Respondent is working on as the Respondents idea:
Wherein the Respondent claims the intellectual property of The Genoa Institute as belonging to the Respondent without one word as to the origin of the Family PMA being from The Genoa Institute or Genoa Holdings, PMA.
6: The Respondent is now teaching a combination of two trusts, an LLC and a PMA with a salad bowl of claims that it is a way to beat the IRS and taxes when buying and selling crypto currency. The paperwork has been sent to the Great Jury and the following is nothing more then a formal/arbitrary Declaration of War created by the Respondent: LINK
7: The significance of the aforementioned document is the information has to do with the US and nothing to do with the Respondent.
With this information the Claimant issued a Fraud Alert:
8: The Respondent declared residency within The United States of America on: 03/02/2019 at 04:35 PM and claimed a Nationality sometime after. The Respondent knows that the Respondent is not liable for tax events, however fails to tell the Respondents approximately 1450 followers on Telegram, all U.S. citizens about the resident declaration and Nationality claim by the Respondent.
A; The Respondent arbitrarily declares a war on a foreign trust known as the Internal Revenue Trust without any Government Declaration of War thereby placing all residents and American Nationals within The United States of America at risk for injury, gathers U.S. citizens together and tells them that the Respondent has a 695.00 LLC package that is tax immune wherein there is no such thing, never tells any of the U.S. citizens about the Respondents Nationality, and uses U.S. citizens as a military against the Internal Revenue Trust, all to create a conflict and sell a false solution. The Respondent gives no warranty that when the Internal Revenue Trust comes after the U.S. citizens for taxes that the Respondent intends to come to court with them and help defend them.
9: However, the Respondent does claim to be a Lawyer. When the State of Florida Bar association was checked, John Edward Gliha nor (John Jay Singleton)(alter ego) existed as working as a Lawyer.
10: The Respondent has not made any objections to the facts herein. The Respondent has tried to send some correspondence as the alias which is not recognized by the Government of The United States of America.
CLAIM BY THE CLAIMANT
1: The Respondent violated a non-disclosure agreement: civil case- One Million Dollars in damages in favor of The Genoa Institute.
2: Respondent endangered all residents and American Nationals within The United States of America-Criminal-possible permanent exile.
3: Public Apology from Respondent for stealing intellectual property and immediate cease and desist of all selling of a PMA, trust or LLC.
